For this weeks Musical Monday, I present to you I Can Barely Breathe by Manchester Orchestra. This Atlanta, Georgia band has been around since 2005, but it was not until 2007 that their music really became nationally recognized. This year, on April 21st, their new album "Mean Everything to Nothing" drops.
